Hi all,
Some users in our system are only allowed to add new phone
and emailtickets. I managed to limit their rights to only adding and viewing
tickets. But when the add a ticket they become automatically the owner of the
ticket. Is there a way to disable this? Because when they are the owner they have
rights to close it and some other things.
