When I am in a ticket zoom view and i want to make an empty answer,<br>
the field &quot;From&quot; is filled with <br>
<br>
<input name="From" value="OTRS System &lt;otrs@localhost&gt;" type="hidden">OTRS System &lt;otrs@localhost&gt;  <font color="red" size="-2">* invalid otrs@localhost (fqdn)!<br>
</font><br>
I do not understand why and i do not succeed to change it.<br>

Is anyone can explain me ?<br>
