i am trying to customize the ticket view so that it will always show the first subject submitted with a ticket rather than changing it with _every_ email sent to the ticket... is there a way to change this??? it makes it very hard to keep track of what is in a ticket if the subject line keeps changing... i noticed that it shows the original subject line when you use 'zoom' in the email threads, so it is there somewhere... once again, thanks... -- Dale Ryon Wilhelm Director of Technical Operations & Services UnitedLayer LLC, San Francisco 415.349.2123
