This problem seems logical: when the signature is generated, these variables are not yet known, unlink the agent information.<div><br></div><div>I have now created a ticket close event that includes this information, which brings me to the next question (which seems to have been asked several times already): <b>is there a way to include HTML in event notifications?</b> If there is no built-in solution, even a hacky approach would suffice. This is really a feature that should be included in my opinion.<div>
