Use the FreeText fields for such a thing: Office Phone, Personal Phone, Fax, Mobile Phone :)))
These FreeText fields are fields of the ticket, not of the customer information! So every time you get a ticket from the same customer, you (or this customer) need to fill this fields again. With respect, Andrej Bazovkin
