Maybe i found the problem, i found this on the messages:
Apr 10 16:20:01 otrs OTRS-otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl-10[27869]: [Notice][Kernel::System::PID::PIDCreate] Can't create PID PostMasterMailbox, because it's already running (domain/27767)!
Where I can find the pid file ? why its not deleted ? the download email process is too slow ?

try to excecute manually the file, and see the syslog of OTRS.
I have the same problem, and are a permissions trouble.
