[otrs] Upgrade from 2.4.7 to 2.4.9 via RPM ?

Hello, I am currently running OTRS 2.4.7, installed via the official RPM package (otrs-2.4.7-01.noarch.rpm). I would like to upgrade to 2.4.9 (recommended security updates), and expect to be able to do so via a simple rpm -U of the new RPM package. My question is this : are there any particular pitfalls i should be aware of being upgrading the RPM ? For example, i have made some local edits to a few files (Config.pm, some template files, etc.), and i really do not want those to be clobbered.
