Hi. There are no strict requirements for running OTRS, but, depending on how many customers/agents you are planning to have in the system, I'd suggest a fair amount of RAM (4+ Gb) and decent speed hard disk /raid configurations (if you're going to raid, do a raid10, otherwise a good backup system will be enough) -- Stefano -- This e-mail and any files transmitted contain documentation which is highly confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
