you misanderstand my means.

there already have a ticket created with ticketType problem, when we close this ticket, but we have not any solution or work-around. so we want to mark this problem as know-error.

so, where can we change the ticketType., which link ? 


i found priority can let me to change the tickettype,. but it only can change incident type, can not change problem type.

the OTRS ticket types OOB are Problem and Problem::KnownError.

You can view these from the admin interface "Type" link under the System modules.  To change any of the names you click on the one you want to change, retype the name and submit.  Or you can add a new one.
