Dear Group, I was trying to install the new OTRS on the identical server configuration where I have a running OTRS 4 installation. I am able to go through the installer but after setting up / loading tables to the MySQL database I got an error, in the log files I found this output: [Error][Kernel::System::Log::CleanUp][304] Can't remove shm for log: Operation not permitted Any idea on how to solve this?
