You are aware that OTRS 2.1.4 was released about a year ago? There have been several updates in the meantime. And what do you mean by 'linux Enterprise v4' exactly? I'm guessing Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or CentOS 4?
This was working fine for past 3 months. Lately i m receiving the following error msg:

This error i can see whenever i perform operations like move queues, change owner or create ticket..Also when i run script PostMasterPOP3.pl to create tickets from mails
For your information i recently configured 3 mail servers in OTRS. I think this might be the problem..though im not very sure. Can u guys please tell me what might be the problem. This is critical problem that cropped in live environment. Not sure whether otrs or perl has cracked under pressure..Need you pointers.
Have you installed any updates before this problem appeared? If you run OTRS under mod_perl and upgrade Perl for instance you need to restart your webserver or mysterious issues errors will crop up. Nils Breunese.
