If you have Active Directory, best way to add new agent is to ask the agent
to loging to OTRS, then you just need to add roles and permisions to it.

Hello,
I am having trouble adding a new agent. We are using LDAP authentication, but when I try to add a new agent, the password field is required. Am I missing something in the configuration?
