Hello,
I have installed OTRS version 2.3.3 on a virtual machine (VMWARE) is on a Suse 9. When I ran SetPermission in the Article which has 20Gb my server has a 95% processing and stopped responding to all other services to more than 5 hours!
Has anyone had this problem? I can not even log in text mode to kill the process that is using the processor.

Should I wait more? Or should I restart my server grin?
