Hi Rui, usally the corresponding function in the layout file (*.dtl) limits the string to 20 chars or so. Please see the developer manual chapter 8, especially chapter 8.1.3 : http://doc.otrs.org/developer/2.4/en/html/c860.html I guess you have to find the affected dtl files and then simply delete the limitation parameter.
