That's what I've been trying to do, but, when I do the search, I get a list of tickets. When I click on the ticket, it takes me back to the main page. It wont open the ticket for me to view.

I usually select search and then set my criterial to closed-successfuly and thats it.

For some reason, I cant seem to view tickets after they have been closed. It just takes me back to the main menu. What can I have done wrong?
