Dear Muhammad, please look for “PostMasterReconnectMessage” in SysConfig -> Ticket -> Core::PostMaster. It says: The "bin/PostMasterMailAccount.pl" will reconnect to POP3/POP3S/IMAP/IMAPS host after the specified count of messages. The default value is set to “20”.
