Hi All,

I am running 2.1.1 and we are happy with it.

I have one problem.   The “New Messages Count”  near the  ICON in the Agent Interface shows the correct number of “New Messages” , but If I click the Icon

I get a view with all the tickets of the last view days and all have a a red “NEW Message” attached to it.

Is this a bug
