Hi Guillaume,
Looks like you have no BindUser for the customer database (the active directory) configured. Obviously your AD doesn't allow anonymous directory searches.
Maybe you can post your Config.pm for a check.

As anyone can search in Active Directory for customers ? I can do for agent (all it work) but not for customers.
