Is it normal when a ticket is created through the Web interface to leave copies of the files that are attached (even if they are removed afterwards) at the "/tmp" owned by "www-data"? Shouldn't all these be purged when the ticket is finally created? Furthermore where are those files stored? Are they stored on the DB or in the filesystem??
