Hello

I have installed and set up otrs using a MySql DB and it is all looking good so far.

I have a customer database in Oracle.

In order to query customers, is it a simple as creating a second "Customer user backend: DB" configuration with a different name?

Or do I need to think about mapping field names etc ?
