Does anyone know where I can change the OTS Logo in the printed stats reports? I need to change the OTS logo by my client logo.

You can use the following variable: $Self->{'PDF::LogoFile'} = '/var/logo-otrs.png'; Described here: http://doc.otrs.org/2.4/en/html/a2939.html

And where can I change the URL that appears in the bottom of the report (http://yourhost.example.com/otrs/index.pl) ?

I'm not sure, but maybe its $Self->{'FQDN'} what you are looking for. Kind regards Raphael Thoma
