Extreme slow around here too.

Database Server:
    - openSUSE 42.1
    - Postgres 9.5.4
    - 4 vCPU
    - 8 GB RAM

Application Server :
    - openSUSE 42.3
    - Apache 2.4.23
    - 4 vCPU
    - 12 GB RAM

I had already tried logging in postgresql and nothing really jumped out as being an issue.  I have enable the performance log so will see whether that shows anything interesting.
