[otrs] Reports (stats)

Has added additional reports (queries) into the stats feature? I would like to create statistics (eg Open tickets, created tickets but no-one takes ownership, etc). I have requests for these types of reports and would like to keep it within OTRS and not have to create separate web pages for this. If anyone can point me in the right location I would appreciate it. Thanks, James
