Still not working...
Get an 'You have to be in the admin group!' error message when I try to navigate to /otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminUser ...
PS: This is the second time I've managed to do this... This isn't a live system but this 'bug' is rather worrisome...
What you have to have is: groups: id: 1, name: users id: 2, name: admin id: 3, name: stats group_user: user_id: 1, group_id 1 user_id: 1, group_id 2 user_id: 1, group_id 3 This should enable you to login again.
