Hey,
Do you maybe have a tipp how to add such a feature? My Customer is using Lotus Notes / Domino as Mail Client / Server. Every message hat a letterhead and an Icon which is recognised as "attachment" in OTRS. The "attached" files are named "ecblank.gif" and "graycol.gif". I already asked the support from our Mail Admins and they said that this is a normal behavior if you do not use a Lotus client to fetch the Mails.

Why don't you want your customer's attachments? Can't you just ask
them to stop sending them in if you don't like them?
you could develop a custom Postmaster module, see the Developer documentation.
http://doc.otrs.org/developer/2.4/en/html/x576.html#ticket-postmaster-module
This way your code will run just when the emails are fetched and processed.
