Hi

Thank you for your replies!
I am using a generic agent for one queue.
As you know when the ticket is newly opened by the customer
the initial sender is the root@localhost
i configured the job of the generic agent in this way
if it detects within the queue that the owner of the ticket is
root@localhost it changes the owner to the appropriate
user and sends a owner update notification to this user.
Together with this i wanted that it sends a note that
there is a new ticket in his queues
How to do this?
And one more problem i wanted that this job
is run in every ten minutes so i put minutes to ten
but doesn't work why?
