      Martin, when I follow your example, the mail just arrives in the Raw
queue.
I have placed the commands in the Config.pm, is there anything extra I
have to add?
THis is the command:

    $Self->{'PostMaster::PreFilterModule'}->{'2-JifLinSpam'} = {
      Module => 'Kernel::System::PostMaster::Filter::Match',
        Match => {
          To => 'spam@jiflin.nl',
        },
        Set => {
          'X-OTRS-Queue' => 'spam',
        },
    };
