[otrs] [V 2.1.2] Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference

      Hello,

I try to install from scratch OTRS 2.1.2 with web installer or manual, I
have  this error when I log in the root@localhost account

Software error:

Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
../..//Kernel/System/Config.pm line 141.

The line is (it is on one line) :

It is on Debian Sarge 3.1 with Apache 2.0.59

Have you some clue ?
