
Hello Zeke, In order to maintain full database integrity, it is NOT possible to delete a user via the GUI. If a user account is no longer required you can set it to 'invalid' within the 'user' section of the admin area. If you really want to remove a user - and are absolutely confident that there are no tickets (open or closed) which reference the user - you can only remove it directly from the database, but it really is not necessary to do this.
