Hi,

This problem was already fixed in bug 4658.
So I donwload the three files mentioned and  I replace Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AdminAttachmentForm.dtl, Kernel/Modules/AdminAttachment.pm and Kernel/System/StdAttachment.pm with the files downloaded.

But it's doesn't work, now when I go to management -> attachements there is no attachment listed.
