Hello Ralf, do you have any customizations / packages in your system? If not, this would be a bug. In this case, please open a bug report at bugs.otrs.org and attach an example raw email so that we can reproduce the problem. Other users can display the ticket just fine, they get the URL:

The unformatted view shows that two inline images are embedded. Shift reload (twice!) strangely fixed the display issue for me.
