Hello -
I almost have my OTRS customized to exactly
the way I want it, with one exception. I would like to have a field in
my add-customer screen that asks for a "department". I tried using customer
groups for this but its not really what I am looking for. I wish to be able to
do a SQL query that produces a report of total tickets/time per department in my
organization. Has anyone done this successfully?
