I&#39;ve configured a manual installation of OTRS on a Windows 2003 box.  For the most part the program works correctly.  I can send messages via an SMTP and manually pull messages into a queue via the &quot;Run Now&quot;.  I can&#39;t configure a task to pull the mail automatically.  I&#39;ve seen some posts mention the ability to setup a scheduled task to pull e-mail from an IMAP server but I haven&#39;t seen any solutions.  I&#39;ve tried modifying the .fetchmailrc.dis file and invoking that file via perl but I receive compilation errors.  I&#39;m not even sure if that&#39;s the file that needs to be invoked.  Does fetchmail work on a Windows host?  Has anyone had any luck running a scheduled task to fetch mail from an IMAP server on Windows?  Any help is greatly appreciated.<br>
