That's simple. You do not have permission to spoof/send as pqr when logged in as abc. That's not an OTRS thing, that's a standard issue with your mail provider. You'll need to authorize pqr as an additional email address in abc's email account.

4.Selected 'system address' for abc queue as abc@yahoo.com and for pqr queue as pqr@yahoo.com
