
You could create internal notes for a draft and/or working notes, and then cut and paste into a response when done.
The catch there is not being able to edit. You may end up with many notes.
The FAQ is editable and linkable to tickets. It is more steps but you might be able to use a FAQ catagory for your working
notes/drafts.

Hello everybody,
I am quite new in using OTRS...
I would like to know if there is possibilty to create a draft queue. I meen, to have a queue where to put all the emails you want to send later, once you are sure you want to send it.
I am using OTRS 1.3.
I would appreciate any sugestion and help.
