Hello, I upgraded my OTRS, the version 2.3.3 to 2.4.5, after the update I am finding it REMOVED the option when I perform an action on the tickets. This option was removed this version of OTRS?
I think I read (later in this list) about you have to create this state in Sysconfig Regards,
