
Hi Q. Sorry, but that didn't work. My account has full authority on all groups and I can't move a ticket that is locked by another agent without taking ownership of the ticket first. Any other suggestions I might try out? -- Lars

I think so... Cause I believe I have done that before.
Not certain what exact permissions are required. I think it may just necessitate the authority to move tickets.

Is it possible for a supervisor to move a ticket locked by an agent to another queue without taking ownership of the ticket?
