Hi,
I've tried to search Customer in Owner field. Everything seems to be ok, but when I click select button to add customer to Config Item nothing happen (Owner field became cleared). Is it a bug?
There's no bug. It is most likely related to a wrong/incomplete customer user backend configuration. If I remember right you should take care, that the CustomerKey (e.g. 'uid') for the customer user backend is also configured as CustomerUserSearchField. regards, Torsten Thau -- Torsten Thau, Dipl.
