Set the following: Admin > SysConfig > Ticket > Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom > Ticket::Frontend::ZoomExpand: Yes We thought it would be more efficient to work with this setting enabled, but after trying it for two weeks we decided to change it back. YMMV. Nils Breunese.
