I fixed the problem in my DNS server and the OTRS is being able to resolve
the MX servers.

Just put your outside DNS servers in /etc/resolv.conf (if you're on Linux). Be aware that this changes DNS lookups for the entire server, not just the OTRS application. If other applications are running on that server they too will use external DNS servers.
I don't think you can set DNS servers specifically within OTRS.
