[otrs] e-mail format html -> plain text - hotmail

      Hi,

We receive some e-mails from hotmail users. OTRS does not correctly
convert the hotmail-html-email to plain text. OTRS completely ignores
new lines and puts the whole text in one line.

We're using version 2.3.3. Is there a way to handle this?

If it's a not known bug I could forward a test-mail.
