[otrs] Timeout for pending tickets

Hi, I want to change the default timeout for pending tickets, i.e. currently the preselected timeout is 24 hours when I select "pending auto-close". I vaguely recall having seen this option somewhere last year, but can't find it right now anymore :-/ TIA for any pointers, -- Daniel Seifert
