Hey, Has anyone created a cron job that could send daily(or weekly) e-mails to agents letting them know what tickets are open in their queues? Just curious, it would be a nice feature to have for our organization, and was hoping somebody might have done it before as I'm not finding out much else on line. Thanks for the help. ~Davin
