Is there a way to show the previous agent owner of a ticket into the note ?

In ticket::frontend::agentticketowner###body, I've tried to set <OTRS_OWNER_UserFirstname> or parameters of this kind : [% Data.Name | html %] but none of them seem to display inside the note.
