Hello Rosanna, check your Config.pm / Framework -> Core::Time -> TimeWorkingHours: There you can find the definitions for the business hours (default MO-FR 8:00 - 20:00) Simply searching for "work" in your Admin -> SysConfig-Menu will give some more options.
