Hello, Everytime a new version of OTRS comes out, I have to completely uninstall the previous version meaning the database, cron, apache, perl. Is there anyway to upgrade w/the win32 installer w/out having to remove it completely. I was just wondering if there was a upgrade feature that I'm missing somewhere? Thanks.
