Thanks... I don't mind helping with the coding...I just wanted a little direction so I didn't have to start looking through the whole program. I may look into the SetState() function just a little myself. Travis

Kernel/System/Ticket/State.pm -> SetState() is used if a ticket state is changed. So it would be a good place to plug code in here.
