Hello, on step 4/4 of Web-Installer I get this screen: ------------------------------------------------------ Web-Installer - Finished (4/4) To be able to use OTRS you have to enter the following line in your command line (Terminal/Shell) as root. Restart your webserver: no webserver detected, restart your webserver After doing so your OTRS is up and running. Start page: http://localhost/otrs/index.pl Admin-User: root@localhost Password: root Have a lot of fun! Your OTRS Team ------------------------------------------------------- I do a restart of the webserver and try to open http://localhost/otrs/index.pl but I get the error message "Internal Server Error" What do I have to type in the shell (the line noted in the output)?
