Unfortunately the performance of OTRS is becoming a problem, so we're looking at getting mod_perl going on our OTRS system which is on OS X. We have so far not been successful getting mod_perl going. We're now running Apache 2.0.46 and Perl 5.8.0 but can't get mod_perl to run and yet have OTRS get up as well. Anyone here using mod_perl with OTRS in OSX 10.2?
