Very cool. That is exactly what I want. How do I create a forward/redirect address? Thing is I'm trying to mimic UNIX behavior:
address@domain.com -> address@specificserver.domain.com
So that users can email itsupport@domain.com
If you want *@domain.com to go to a specific server, then I guess you need to point the MX record for domain.com to that specific server. If you want to forward mail for certain mailnames to a specific server then I guess you need to create a forward/redirect address. Or can't you just setup OTRS to fetch mail from an @domain.com mailbox?
